Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, contact us at support@soussim.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and the return destination at that time.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect, in which case SOUSSIM will cover the cost.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
